REGISTRATION OF COMPANIES

To register a limited liability company, tere are two steps and several procedures:

STEP 1.
Procedure 1: Make notary certified founding act
Procedure 2: Verification of identity documents and signatures
Procedure 3: Registration of the company – one-stop system at APIF

STEP 2.
Procedure 4: Registration of company
Procedure 5: Production of seal

After these steps, the company is obliged to:
– open a transaction account
– do VAT registration
– do cash register
– do registration of employees in the Tax Administration of RS
